When you just signed up to our service, the first thing you should do is to add a Connected Object.
The Connected Object is something from where Chotam is fetching comments or messages, normally it is social media community or a bot, but it could be an ad account or a separate post, depending on the purpose.
If you're managing some Facebook page or Instagram business account - you will be just shown the list of the Pages/Accounts you have rights for, just chose those you need to be tracked.
In other cases you're asked for the URL of the community or the post you want to track comments in.
Click Add a source in your list of Connected objects. You will be presented with the list of supported social networks/messengers. Choose the one you want to create a source from and follow the instructions. Please note, that different types of sources are available according to different social media as there are many differences in what can be accessed in them and what permissions social media grant.
