First thing to check is that your account is enabled. e.g. you're either still on trial period or have money on your balance. If not - click big green button 'Pay' and act by further instructions. However, we sincerely ask you NOT TO BUY SUBSCRIPTIONS BEFORE YOU ENSURED OUR SERVICE FITS YOU. Even if your trial period has ended and you have never receive any alerts - just ask us in online chat for some elongation of the trial period.
Second thing to check is that there are really some comments in those communities that you created alerts for. If there are no new comments since the time you created alerts - there will be no alerts.
We recommend to post a test comment everytime you create alert to make sure it is 'caught' by our service. BUT you need to give our service some time, like 1-2 minutes after creating the alert, to initiate tracking the community fully, and THEN you can post a test comment.
Make sure the alerts are not filtered out by too strict rules like plus-words settings in a project. For example, you may set up plus word as 'buy', and it will mean you will only receive comment alerts which contain this word (and will not receive those that do not).
