BEFORE APPLYING TO SUPPORT:


Details really matter in such cases, and they're very important for us to identify the problem. More than 80% of our support efforts are actually going into clarifying what the problem is exactly. 


Please understand that we cannot do much with requests like 'I don't receive alerts, what should I do?' If something isn't setup correctly in your case, we need as much details as you can provide to sort it out. 


You will greatly help us if you let us know the following:


  • Your account number in Chotam (found in top right corner of the screen, normally looks like ASDFASDF1234)
  • What exactly isn't working, with links to your community, to posts where there are comments, but you didn't receive alerts for them, where you were expecting to receive alerts (to which email or Telegram)
  • Was it working before and suddenly 'got broken'?
